Recent News and Events at Eastern Bays Catholic
We did it! Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of our community, we raised over $32,500 and delivered more than 325 Christmas hampers to families in need. Your support has made a real difference in the lives of so many this festive season.
The hampers were filled with essential food and household items and distributed through Te Waipuna/Sisters of Mercy, Glenbrae Primary School, and other trusted local organisations that supporting families. These partnerships helped ensure the hampers went directly to whānau, helping them enjoy a more joyful and less stressful Christmas.
Every donation, large or small, helped us reach our goal and brought people together in the true spirit of giving. It was a wonderful example of our parish community living out its faith through action and compassion.
On behalf of the Eastern Bays Catholic Parish, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to every individual, family, and group who contributed. Your time, energy, and donations.
Let’s continue to care for each other and uplift our community, not just at Christmas, but all year round.
